Each city should formulate specific implementation plans based on local traditional Chinese medicine medical resources, traditional Chinese medicine resources, cultural resources, and tourism resources, and arrange 2-3 pilot units and projects. Overall planning and trials first, the provincial general will choose some cities (counties) with high enthusiasm, good basic conditions, and a strong atmosphere of traditional Chinese medicine to carry out early demonstrations and trials of traditional Chinese medicine health care, traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation, integrated medical care, and health tourism. And actively create a national demonstration base. The cities and counties (districts) such as Tongchuan City and Lintong District of Xi'an City, which have better conditions for Chinese medicine culture and tourism resources, should set up pilot sites that combine traditional Chinese medicine museums and experience areas with tourism in tourist attractions, and make use of Shaanxi's major tourism provinces and traditional Chinese medicine. The advantages of the birthplace allow people to enjoy traditional Chinese medicine services during leisure travel, and actively develop new formats of health services. Traditional Chinese medicine hospitals at all levels have further improved and strengthened the construction of geriatrics, rehabilitation, and "cured disease" departments, and integrated idle resources to the doctors. During the year, a 100% community health service center was built into a traditional Chinese medicine hall to strengthen the capacity building of provincial-level integrated TCM and western medicine hospitals. Each city should focus on the construction of 1-2 integrated TCM and western medicine demonstration hospitals, and carry out clinical collaboration mechanisms and model innovations for major and difficult diseases. Promote the establishment of TCM demonstration units in general hospitals and maternity insurance institutes, and conduct training in the rational application of traditional Chinese medicine technologies such as gynecology, pediatrics, and chronic diseases. Implement the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" action plan for grassroots Chinese medicine service capacity improvement project. Within the year, 100% of community health service centers will be built into TCM halls, and 96% of township health centers will be built with TCM comprehensive service areas or standardized TCM departments and TCM pharmacies; 90% Community health service stations can provide TCM services, and 65% of village clinics can use appropriate TCM technology.
